New Revolut users can receive a refund for their initial spending. According to Bankier.pl, the platform has launched a promotion for those opening a new account.
How the promotion works
According to Bankier.pl, Revolut is offering 100 zł back to adult new customers. To qualify, users must open an account, complete identity verification, and spend at least 100 zł using a Revolut card (physical, virtual, or in-app).
The spending must occur within one month of opening the account, and the entire promotion ends on 31 December 2026. Once the conditions are met, the reward is expected to be transferred within three days.
What it means for customers
For those meeting the criteria, the initial 100 zł in purchases could effectively be free. However, Revolut may reclaim the 100 zł if the qualifying payments are refunded, if the terms are violated, or if the account is closed before the reward is issued.
The offer is intended for adults who do not yet have a personal Revolut account and requires identity verification confirming an address in Poland or another participating country.
What to check before deciding
It is important to consider the timing, especially if the account is opened late in the year. Users should also note that the Standard plan is free and allows for the exchange of up to 1000 euro per month without fees on weekdays.
Be aware that Revolut applies a 1% fee for currency exchanges during weekends. In the Standard plan, ATM withdrawals are free up to a limit of 800 zł or five transactions per month.
