This policy explains what personal data moneyshortlist.com processes and why. It describes how the site works today: no user accounts for readers, no newsletter, no contact forms, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

What we process
- Server logs. When you open a page, our servers record technical data: IP address, date and time, requested address, browser identifier and response code. We use it only to keep the site secure and working (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
- Cookies. The site sets no cookies for readers. Cookies are used only when an administrator logs in to the editorial panel.
- Fonts and images are served from our own servers — opening a page does not send your data to external font or image services.
Links to providers
Buttons such as “See the offer” take you to the websites of banks and other providers. Some links may be affiliate links. Once you leave our site, the provider’s own privacy policy applies, and the provider or an affiliate network may use cookies to attribute your visit.
Where the data is stored
The site runs on servers in the European Union. We do not sell or share log data, except where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). To exercise your rights, write to the contact address above.
