Choosing a free account depends on whether you want zero-cost maintenance or are willing to meet conditions for bonuses. We compare account and card fees across selected banks.
Unconditionally free accounts
Some offers allow you to avoid fees without any additional tasks. Konto osobiste UniCredit features a monthly fee of 0 PLN and a card fee of 0 PLN per month, with a 0 PLN fee if conditions are not met.
Pekao’s Konto Przekorzystne follows a similar structure, offering 0 PLN for account maintenance unconditionally, though the card costs 5 PLN per month.
Accounts with card fees
In offers where account maintenance is free, costs may apply to the card. Alior Konto provides 0 PLN for account maintenance, but the card costs 7 PLN per month.
Konto Millennium 360° also offers 0 PLN for account maintenance (0 PLN fee if conditions are not met), but the monthly card fee is 11 PLN.
Welcome bonuses and conditions
Several banks offer welcome bonuses tied to specific actions. Alior Konto offers a bonus of up to 800 PLN (promotion until 11 January 2027) for new customers who complete required transactions and meet deposit requirements.
Konto Millennium 360° provides a bonus of up to 800 PLN (promotion until 18 February 2027) based on age-specific deposit and payment conditions. Meanwhile, Pekao’s Konto Przekorzystne offers up to 300 PLN (promotion until 31 October 2026) for logging into the service and making at least 5 non-cash transactions in October and November 2026.
