UOKiK Fines for Selected Banks
The President of UOKiK has imposed penalties on four banks: Bank Pocztowy, Erste Bank Polska, ING Bank Śląski, and Plus Bank. The total fine for using prohibited clauses amounts to 147.09 mln zł, according to Bankier.pl.
