The easiest way is email — we read everything, although as a team of two we sometimes reply with a delay.
- General enquiries, partnerships, media: kontakt@moneyshortlist.com
- A mistake in a ranking or article: redakcja@moneyshortlist.com — ideally with a link to the page and to the bank’s document. We can correct rankings within 7 days of publication; every correction goes into a public log.
We don’t give individual financial advice and we don’t act as an intermediary for opening accounts — for questions about your own account, please contact your bank directly.
